James is CIPS qualified and a full member of the Chartered Institute Of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS). He is also a time served engineer.
James has been with ERA Group since 2011. Prior to joining, he had 13 years experience in precision engineering, heavy engineering, maintenance and procurement roles. These wide ranging skills & experience enables him to understand and anticipate the various manufacturing processes, technical requirements and solutions required for his clients. He also uses this knowledge to uniquely analyse businesses, bridging the gap and understanding between finance and operations whilst identifying savings opportunities.
James enjoys working with clients with multi-site operations, using his analytical skills to align and standardise business units whether it be in the UK or across Europe. James is regularly bringing product innovations, VMI solutions and ESG goals to his clients’ attention, in a professional and informative manner.
