Due to the continued growth of the Expense Reduction Analysts network and our on-going efforts to provide world class training to our team, we are extremely excited to announce the expansion of the ERA Training Academy. The acquisition of new learning space enables our training academy to deliver our induction and advanced training in a fresh, dedicated space, ensuring new members of our team and network have a spacious, inviting area to learn about ERA. Boasting plenty of additional space, building work is already underway to bring our newest facilities up to our ERA brand standards and once complete, will enable our training academy to deliver training for up to 30 attendees at a time.
New Facilities
With purpose built training facilities, in addition to high speed internet access and E-learning equipment, our new space will also include a number of break out areas and meeting pods, not to mention refreshment facilities too. Another advantage to our new location is it is directly next door to the UK support centre, allowing for more efficient inductions for our team as they get to meet the individuals that will be supporting them. Our European support centre, located in Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent, is home to a wide range of staff members including the Sales and Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Accounting and IT, all of whom are heavily involved in the day to day activities of our network. Whilst the ERA Training Academy is based in the UK, it is responsible for providing the necessary tools for success to our global network, so the expansion presents a fantastic opportunity to bring the internal and external faces of our business together right from the start of their journey with ERA.
Fred Marfleet proud of continued expansion
“The acquisition of additional premises represents the culmination of extensive discussions amongst the global senior management team about the future of how we deliver training in our business, particularly given the growth we’re continuing to achieve. Our team, our experts, our people – they’re all at the heart of what we do, so being able to deliver a dedicated training facility is a great example of our commitment to those working in our business, not to mention those considering joining. I look forward to seeing our inaugural training group using the new facilities” said Fred Marfleet, the Founder and Executive Chairman of Expense Reduction Analysts.
With a full training calendar already in place for 2019, the additional facilities will be a welcome addition to the training academy and will enable Expense Reduction Analysts to bring even more expertise and insight to both new and existing clients.
